Our Method

How We Rank GLP-1 Providers

Our ratings are built to be honest, transparent, and hard to game. Here is exactly how the score works.

Last updated July 7, 2026

Every provider on Rate GLP-1 gets a single overall score out of 10. That score blends two things: what real customers say, and how transparent the provider is about how they operate.

Real customer reviews — the primary driverProvider Transparency
1

Customer reviews — the primary driver

Most of a provider's score comes from real, verified customer reviews. We use a few safeguards so the number actually means something:

Verified & moderated

Reviewers confirm their email, and every review is checked before it's published.

Recent counts more

A review from last month tells you more about a provider today than one from two years ago.

Balanced for newcomers

One or two glowing reviews can't rocket a provider to #1 — scores start from a neutral baseline.

2

Provider Transparency

On top of reviews, we factor in objective, publicly checkable signals. These can only nudge a score slightly; they never override what customers actually experienced.

  • Care delivered by US-licensed clinicians
  • Medication shipped from a US-based pharmacy
  • Pricing shown up front, before you sign up
  • Any compounding pharmacy is accredited
3

The launch phase — public reputation signals

Rate GLP-1 launched with zero native reviews on purpose — we don't fake them. Until enough real reviews are collected, provider rankings lean on public reputation signals from sources like Trustpilot, Google, and the BBB, clearly labeled throughout the site. As verified Rate GLP-1 reviews accumulate, the scoring automatically shifts toward them, following simple logic:

  • 0–4 site reviews: mostly public signals
  • 5–24 site reviews: blended — public signals plus Rate GLP-1 reviews
  • 25+ site reviews: mostly Rate GLP-1 reviews

Every provider profile shows which stage its score is in, so you always know what's behind the number.

What does NOT affect rankings

  • Money. We do not sell rankings or accept payment to raise a score — sponsored placements are always labeled and excluded from organic rankings.
  • Fake reviews. We never publish fake or AI-written reviews. AI is only ever used to summarize real reviews, never to create them.
