The manufacturers now sell direct
This is the one category where the obvious answer may be to skip the platform. NovoCare Pharmacy sells Wegovy and Ozempic self-pay, and LillyDirect sells Zepbound, Mounjaro and Foundayo, all at fixed prices with no membership: the Wegovy pill at $149 a month, Zepbound from $299, the Wegovy pen at $349, Mounjaro at $499. TrumpRx lists the same prices through a coupon or a hand-off to LillyDirect.
Every provider on this page buys at those prices. What they add is the prescription, the clinical review, dose management and — for a few — someone who will argue with your insurer. So the fair question is not whether a provider beats the manufacturer on the drug, because none does. It is whether what they add is worth the $74 to $149 a month they charge for it.
Our cost without insurance pages price that difference per drug, and it is not uniform: for some the membership is the whole gap, and for others the provider is charging hundreds above the manufacturer's own price.
Insurance is the real differentiator
If there is any chance your plan covers a GLP-1, the provider that will chase it is worth more than any discount. Coverage of Wegovy and Zepbound for weight management is possible where coverage of Ozempic or Mounjaro for weight loss is not, because the latter is off-label — so the on-label drug is the one to ask about.
Among the providers below, one bills insurance for the clinical visits themselves and supports the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge; another runs a concierge that files prior authorisations and appeals; several are cash-pay only and say so plainly. Each profile records which, with the provider's own wording.
Reading the table
Prices are all-in: the manufacturer's cash price for the provider's cheapest brand-name plan plus any membership required to buy it, at the regular rate. That makes them directly comparable to each other and to buying direct, which a medication-only price would not be.
The regulatory line flags anything on a provider's record from the last two years. In this lane it is worth reading closely: the largest platform on the page is currently defending an FTC case about how it billed and cancelled subscriptions.
How this ranking is built
A provider is ranked here once we hold a price captured from its own page, a check on who prescribes and who dispenses, and its public ratings. Everything else we track in the category is listed underneath, unranked, and moves up as it is verified — we would rather show you a short list we can evidence than a long one we cannot.
The order on this page is the site's published score, filtered to this category — the same ranking you see on the provider directory and the homepage. Where is the best place to get Ozempic or Wegovy online?
If you have a prescriber, NovoCare Pharmacy sells both self-pay at the lowest price there is — $349 a month for either pen, or $149 for the pills. If you need the prescription too, the providers ranked on this page supply it and add a membership of roughly $74 to $149 a month on top of the same drug price.
Can I get Wegovy or Zepbound online without insurance?
Yes. Both manufacturers sell to self-pay patients directly — Wegovy through NovoCare, Zepbound through LillyDirect — and every provider on this page will prescribe on a cash-pay basis. Our cost pages set out the per-dose prices for each drug with the date we captured them.
Is a telehealth provider cheaper than buying direct?
No, on the drug itself. Providers pay the same manufacturer prices you can, and add a membership fee for the prescription and the clinical care. The exception worth looking for is a provider that will get your insurance to cover the medication, which can beat any cash price.
Which providers take insurance for brand-name GLP-1s?
A minority, and they differ in how far they go: one bills your insurer for the clinical visits and supports the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge, another files prior authorisations and appeals for specific drugs while charging cash for its membership.
