Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Rate GLP-1, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Your content

You retain ownership of reviews and other content you submit. You grant Rate GLP-1 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, moderate, and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the site.

• You may only post reviews about providers you have genuine, first-hand experience with.
• No fake, incentivized, or misleading reviews. Do not post reviews you were paid or rewarded to write, or reviews on behalf of a business you're connected to without disclosing it.
• No unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing content.

Prohibited uses

Do not use Rate GLP-1 to break the law, impersonate another person, scrape or harvest information without permission, interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, or manipulate reviews, ratings, or rankings.

Moderation

We review submissions before publishing and may edit for formatting, decline, or remove content that violates these terms or our review guidelines. We do not remove honest reviews, whether positive or negative, simply because a provider requests it.

Provider information

Provider names, services, pricing, availability, credentials, pharmacy details, and other information may come from public sources, providers, users, or third parties. We do not guarantee that provider information is complete, accurate, current, or free from errors. Providers are responsible for their own services and statements. Always confirm current pricing, availability, eligibility, safety information, and terms directly with the provider before purchasing or making a healthcare decision.

No warranty

Rate GLP-1 and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rate GLP-1 and its owners, operators, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from your use of the site, reliance on its content, provider interactions, purchases, or inability to access the site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Rate GLP-1, remove content, or refuse service at any time if we reasonably believe these terms or applicable law have been violated. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law, will continue to apply.

Intellectual property

Rate GLP-1's name, branding, design, software, original text, graphics, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to Rate GLP-1 and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them without permission.

Ratings, featured listings, and affiliates

Featured listings, advertising, and affiliate relationships do not influence provider ratings or ranking scores. See our Disclosure andHow We Rank pages for details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. The “Last Updated” date above will reflect meaningful changes. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
