Two things about Evernow's pricing are easy to misread. The $35 a month it advertises is not a rate you can simply sign up for — it requires prepaying $420 for a full year. Month to month the price is $49, and a three-month plan is $129, or $43 a month. And the membership is not a weight-loss price at all: it is general access to the platform, covering menopause care, weight loss, hair and skin, and sleep alike, which is why the figure looks low next to providers that bundle a drug into it. The medication is separate and unpriced. Evernow's own FAQ says the cost of branded medication such as Ozempic or Wegovy will vary with the prescription and your insurance plan, and no number appears anywhere on the site. There is also a pay-per-visit route with no membership: one virtual visit, billed to insurance where eligible or $150 self-pay, which includes ninety days of prescription and portal access afterwards. Because no all-in figure exists, Evernow does not appear in our price tables.
Is Evernow legit?
Evernow, Inc. prescribes FDA-approved brand-name GLP-1s — Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus, Mounjaro, Zepbound and Contrave — never compounded, and names both its fulfilment pharmacies and its clinical entities. We found no FDA warning letter, FTC action, state action or manufacturer lawsuit. What stands out is its review record: 2.0 out of 5 on Trustpilot from an unclaimed profile, and 1.57 on the BBB's reviews tab, against a B+ BBB rating.

- Evernow, Inc. Its terms give 400 Treat Ave, Suite G, San Francisco, CA 94110; the BBB lists 548 Market St, PMB 31758, San Francisco. The BBB file also says the business started in 2002, which does not fit a company that raised a Series A in 2022 — we could not reconcile that and report it as unresolved.

- The twelve-month plan is prepaid in full at $420, so the question of what happens if you stop after two months matters more here than on a monthly plan. We could not establish the answer from the published pages.

Does Evernow prescribe semaglutide or tirzepatide?
Yes, in brand-name form only. Its FAQ names Ozempic, Wegovy and Rybelsus for semaglutide and Mounjaro and Zepbound for tirzepatide, plus Contrave, with some prescribed off-label. It does not sell compounded versions of either drug.
