The medication prices match the manufacturers' own self-pay tiers rather than adding a margin, so what GoodRx charges for is the $39 membership covering the consultations and follow-up. Read the footnotes, though: the $199 Wegovy pen price covers only the first two fills at the two lowest doses before rising to $349, the $149 pill prices apply to specific doses with higher ones at $199 and $299, and several offers are dated to expire at the end of 2026. One card, for the Zepbound KwikPen, carried a footnote marker with no footnote text on the page when we read it. Subscription cycles of one, three, six and twelve months are offered, but no multi-month pricing was shown for the weight-loss programme.
Is GoodRx Care (GLP-1 Weight Loss) legit?
GoodRx Care Direct is run by GoodRx, Inc., part of GoodRx Holdings, and is one of the more transparent operations in this directory about who does what: it names its four dispensing pharmacies and its five medical groups in its terms, and states plainly that it does not employ them or practise medicine. It sells FDA-approved medication only. The significant mark on its record is the FTC's first-ever enforcement action under the Health Breach Notification Rule, in 2023, over sharing users' health information with advertisers — a case brought against GoodRx Holdings expressly doing business as GoodRx Care and HeyDoctor, the same product line and medical-group name used here.

- Cancel in the app or site under "Conditions", by emailing support@goodrx.com, or by post, at least one day before the renewal date. That is the shortest notice period of any provider we track. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle.
- Refunds:
- Amounts paid for telehealth visits and prescriptions are not refundable, and fees generally are non-refundable unless the terms say otherwise. Partially used subscription cycles are not refunded, though GoodRx says it may make exceptions case by case. If GoodRx terminates you rather than you cancelling, your only recourse is a prorated discount. Completing an intake without proceeding, or not responding to a provider's recommendation within ten days, may be charged at GoodRx's discretion.

Both public ratings cover the whole GoodRx brand — the discount card as well as the telehealth lines — so neither is specific to the GLP-1 programme. Trustpilot sits at 3.8 out of 5 across 4,038 reviews and the BBB customer rating at 1.45 from 238 reviewers, against an A+ accredited rating held since 2016. The most recent Trustpilot review at the time we looked was GLP-1-specific and instructive: a patient prompted by the app to increase their dose who was then prescribed a lower one than they were already taking, after paying $200, with a refund declined — GoodRx replied publicly the same day. The pattern across the complaints is billing and refund friction rather than problems with the medication itself, which is consistent with a business whose terms make almost everything non-refundable.
