Cancellation:
The $74.99 membership is a recurring subscription that keeps billing until you cancel it. If you chose a multi-month program you must stay a member until its final payment; after that you can end the membership immediately from My Account > Subscriptions. Ivim states that GLP-1 ID compounded programs cannot be cancelled once started. Supplement subscriptions can be edited or cancelled in the portal at least three days before the billing date.
Refunds:
Prescribed medications are non-refundable regardless of usage, program duration or membership cancellation. If a program is cancelled, unshipped medication is refunded less a $100 restocking fee for each undispensed three-month portion or $50 for each two-month portion; the fee is waived if a provider finds you medically ineligible to continue. Membership fees are not refunded if insurance denies a prior authorization. Damaged or missing shipments must be reported within 72 hours.
