Ozempic and Mounjaro at $1,399 a month against $349 to $499 direct; Zepbound at $1,599 against $299 to $449 from LillyDirect; Wegovy at $1,699 against $349 from NovoCare, or $149 for the pill. Each is shown after an automatically applied $100 discount, which does not change the comparison. These are close to list prices, which is what a provider charges when it is reselling rather than negotiating.
