It is BBB-accredited with an A+ rating and no complaint count displayed, and we found no FDA warning letter or FTC action against it. One thing to treat carefully is its own review claims, which do not match what the rating platforms show.

Worth knowing before you weigh any of it: Klarity's own weight-loss page displays a 4.9 rating from 1,828 reviews and separately claims a Trustpilot score of 4.5, and neither matches the 3.8 from 572 reviews that Trustpilot showed when we checked. The higher figures appear to come from a different review platform. As with any marketplace, your experience depends heavily on which of its thousand-plus independent providers you choose, so a platform-wide score blends a great many separate practices.
