Refunds & cancellation
Cancellation:
The paid membership can be cancelled any time in the Mochi account ('cancel subscription') or by phone at (619) 648-1247; it ends at the close of the current term and the account reverts to a free membership. The medication subscription is separate and must be cancelled or modified on the medication page before the next refill is sent to a pharmacy. Mochi gives 30 days' notice before charging a changed membership price. BBB notes both subscriptions must be cancelled independently.
Refunds:
All prescription medication sales are final; medication fees are not refundable once the order has been sent to a pharmacy for dispensing, though Mochi asks to be contacted if it believes a prescription was filled in error.
