The one-star minority, and the seven BBB complaints closed in three years (B+ grade, a single 1-star review), cluster around billing: unexpected invoices after insurance adjudication, charges arriving after cancellation, slow prior-authorization and prescription processing, and trouble getting appointments scheduled. Several people also find the app-only workflow and the primary-care-physician requirement inconvenient.
