The complaints, which dominate the BBB reviews (1.11/5, 309 reviews, alongside 700 complaints closed in three years), are almost all about money: people who did not grasp that the membership and the medication are two separate charges, monthly bills that felt far higher than the advertised $39 start, difficulty getting refunds after cancelling, and unexpected renewals. A smaller group mentions dose increases they felt were pushed and slow answers from care staff.
