RemedyMeds is one of the largest compounded-GLP-1 sellers we track by review volume, with 13,639 Trustpilot reviews at 4.6. It publishes no price anywhere: every plan sits behind a medical intake quiz, so we cannot put a figure in our tables. It received an FDA warning letter in September 2025 over brand-equivalence claims, and the cited wording is no longer on its homepage.
What RemedyMeds costs

We could not verify a single RemedyMeds price. The homepage describes four tracks — a semaglutide plan, a tirzepatide plan, a GLP-1 microdose plan at half the dose twice weekly, and a brand-name Ozempic and Zepbound path — and none of them carries a figure. /pricing, /plans, /membership and /get-started all 404, and the only route to a number is the intake quiz, which we do not complete. Secondary sites quote RemedyMeds at between $189 and $399 a month for the same plans, a spread of more than $200, which is the clearest possible sign that none of them is reading a live page either. What its terms do establish is the structure: a single Program Membership Fee, billed upfront for the term, explicitly covering both medication and clinician access, with no second membership stacked on top. So when a price does appear at checkout it should be an all-in one. We will publish it when RemedyMeds does.
Is RemedyMeds legit?
Remedy Meds LLC is a Delaware company selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, cash-pay only, through clinicians at three named professional entities. The FDA wrote to it in September 2025 about two brand-equivalence claims on its website; neither phrase appears on the homepage today. It publishes no business address and names no dispensing pharmacy, and it has no BBB file.
- Company:
- Remedy Meds LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. No address is published on remedymeds.com; the FDA's warning letter gives 480 Morris Ave, Summit, NJ 07901.
- Pharmacy partner:
- Not named. The site says only "licensed U.S. pharmacies" and that compounding pharmacies are licensed and inspected by state Boards of Pharmacy.
- Clinicians:
- Care is delivered by three professional entities named in the terms: OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC; JMP Medical, P.A.; and KMG Medical Group MO, P.C., and their affiliates.
- States served:
- RemedyMeds contradicts itself here. Its terms say all fifty states plus the District of Columbia; its homepage FAQ says 49 states, excluding Louisiana. Check your own state before paying.
- Cancellation:
- Cancel at any time before the renewal date, with at least 48 hours' notice before the current term ends. The membership runs to the end of the term you have already paid for, and none of it is refunded.
- Refunds:
- The membership fee is billed upfront for the whole term and is not refundable: the terms say no refunds, partial or otherwise, are issued if you cancel before the end of the current term. A separately marketed "Weight Loss Warranty" offers money back after 365 days, but the conditions are extensive — twelve consecutive months enrolled, thirteen shipments of standard-dose compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide (microdosing at any point disqualifies you, as does any brand-name prescription), a goal weight that implies neither a BMI under 18.5 nor more than 20 per cent of body weight, a claim filed within 35 days of the thirteenth shipment, and proof by either a prescriber's written attestation or a 30-second video of yourself on a scale reciting a code RemedyMeds emails you. Approval is at the company's sole discretion.

Trustpilot rates RemedyMeds 4.6 out of 5 across 13,639 reviews, the largest sample of any provider in this round. The praise is consistent on clinicians and nurses who answer questions properly and on how quickly the process moves. Its own homepage badge advertises 4.7, slightly above the 4.6 Trustpilot showed us. The complaint worth reading is recent: a member since August 2025 describes a refill charged on schedule but rejected by the pharmacy as too soon, a video visit where no clinician joined for nearly an hour, support she believed was automated, and no tracking number a week after approval. RemedyMeds replied publicly asking to move it to a private channel. One review is not a pattern across thirteen thousand, but it is dated September 2026, not 2024.

The FDA reviewed the website in August 2025 and objected to two sentences claiming the compounded products contained the same active ingredient as the brand-name drugs, on the grounds that compounded medicines are not FDA-approved and the phrasing implies an equivalence the agency has never assessed. It is a warning letter, not an enforcement action, and the cited language has since come off the homepage.
Can I cancel RemedyMeds and get a refund?
You can cancel, with at least 48 hours' notice before your term renews, but you will not get money back for the term you are in — the terms are explicit that no refunds, partial or otherwise, are issued mid-term. If you are considering a three, six or twelve-month bundle, treat the whole amount as spent on the day you pay it.
Which states does RemedyMeds serve?
Its own pages disagree. The terms of service say all fifty states plus the District of Columbia, while the homepage FAQ says 49 states and specifically excludes Louisiana. Confirm your own state with the company before paying, particularly if you are in Louisiana.
