Measured runs four tracks and they are not interchangeable. The compounded plans are all-in: $119 a month for semaglutide and $219 for tirzepatide, medication, clinician care and shipping in one figure, each shown as a discount against a higher list price so the current number may not hold. The microdose plan at $79 is genuinely cheaper but it is a lower weekly dose, so comparing it to another provider's standard plan is not like for like. The brand-name track is a membership with the drug billed separately, which is a different product again: Measured puts the medication at $299 to $449 a month through LillyDirect, or an insurance copay where a plan covers it. One inconsistency worth knowing about: Measured's catalogue page advertises the brand-name track "from $49/mo" while the dedicated Zepbound page says $99. The compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide pictured on the site carried "Measured" on the label, representing Measured as the compounder when it is not. And three claims — that Measured's treatments are "made with the same active ingredients found in Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, and Mounjaro", and two shorter versions of the same — imply the products have been FDA-approved or evaluated for safety and effectiveness when they have not. Misbranding under FDCA sections 502(a) and 502(bb). None of the cited wording appears on the site today.
