Is AltRx legit?

altRx is the consumer brand of Trinity HealthCare Supply, LLC, a Miami company that provides the website, marketing and customer support. Prescribing is done by OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and its affiliated medical practices through the OpenLoop telehealth platform, by live video or asynchronous review depending on state law. Compounded medication is filled by named 503A pharmacies in Utah, Kentucky, New York and Alabama. The FDA sent altRx a warning letter in June 2026 over its marketing of compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide.

Refunds & cancellation
Cancellation:
Cancel anytime by emailing care@altrx.com, calling +1 607-601-6969, or through the patient portal. The refund policy requires the request at least 72 hours before the next billing date (the Terms say 48 hours); a request inside that window is charged for the next cycle and takes effect the cycle after. Cancelling stops future billing only and does not refund amounts already paid.
Refunds:
All payments are final and non-refundable once submitted, including single-month and multi-month plans and whether or not you used the service. The only exception is provider-initiated medical disqualification, which refunds the unused portion after deducting services already rendered. Damaged or incorrect medication is replaced by the pharmacy, not refunded.
