Is Fifty 410 legit?
Aspen Aesthetics, LLC, trading as Fifty 410 Health, is a Prosper, Texas telehealth company selling only compounded GLP-1s, prescribed by independent licensed clinicians and compounded by unnamed third-party pharmacies. Its public record is the weakest of any provider in this price band. The FDA wrote to it in February 2026 over its marketing; the BBB rates it F, is not able to confirm an active Texas corporate filing under either company name, and opened an advertising review in May 2026 that the company has not answered.
