The compounded plans bundle everything into one price, with membership shown as included at $0. The brand-name side does not: the Wegovy card is a $98 monthly fee that excludes the medication, while Ozempic and Zepbound are listed at $1,498 and $1,828 a month, far above what Novo Nordisk and Lilly charge self-pay directly — $349 for an Ozempic pen and $299 for Zepbound at its starting dose. Fridays' pricing also moves: the figures here are today's standing annual-plan prices, promotional codes advertise roughly half those numbers, and third-party captures from other recent dates show different prices again. Treat any figure, including ours, as a snapshot.
Is Fridays Health legit?
Fridays is operated by Thrive Health Group Inc. of Irvine, California, trading since February 2023, with clinical services delivered by OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and dispensing through four named pharmacies. We found no FDA warning letter or FTC action against Fridays itself. Two matters attach to the partners it names as its own infrastructure rather than to Fridays: OpenLoop disclosed a data breach affecting 716,000 people in January 2026, and OpenLoop and Triad Rx — one of Fridays' four named pharmacies — are defendants in a November 2025 class action alleging compounded oral tirzepatide cannot be absorbed effectively. Its own BBB record is the weakest of any provider in this directory: an F rating with 56 complaints, 49 of them unanswered.

- Not published. Fridays' terms say only that certain services may not be available in all states, with no count or list anywhere on its own pages.
- Cancellation:
- Email support@joinfridays.com, or use the online account cancellation process where available, at least 72 hours before your next billing date. Access continues to the end of the cycle you have paid for. Subscriptions renew automatically at whatever interval you signed up for.
- Refunds:
- Its terms state in capitals that all fees are non-refundable, including if you cancel mid-cycle, decide not to continue treatment or do not get the results you wanted. The exceptions are a medical disqualification before services begin, a verified billing error such as a duplicate charge, refunds required by law, and credits when switching between Fridays programmes. Dispensed medication is never refundable.

Trustpilot rates Fridays 4.2 out of 5 across 4,698 reviews, largely positive about weight loss achieved and responsive coaching, and the company replies to negative reviews within about a day. Its BBB file is 17 reviews averaging 1.06 out of 5 and 56 complaints, 49 of which went unanswered — and those complaints are consistent in substance: being billed monthly when no medication shipped or a refill was weeks late, medication that should arrive refrigerated arriving warm or without the syringes, and refills and dose changes processed from a questionnaire rather than a conversation, including one reviewer whose dose was reduced without discussion. The most recent Trustpilot review at the time we checked was also a one-star complaint about paying roughly $700 and receiving nothing. A small sample cannot outweigh a large one, but 49 unanswered complaints is a fact about the company rather than about its customers.

Fridays' own pages give two different answers: its homepage says the minimum BMI to qualify is 20, while its medication safety page says standard dosing requires a BMI of 27 or above. Minimum age is 18. Exclusions listed are a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2, a known allergic reaction to the medication, and a history of pancreatitis.
Insurance: partial: the compounded plans are cash-pay and Fridays says compounded GLP-1s are not covered by insurance, though FSA and HSA funds can be used; its insurance concierge and prior-authorisation help appear to apply to the brand-name track, which the site never states explicitly
