The visible complaints concentrate on delivery conditions in hot weather: packages arriving warm, and in at least one recent case wet, with GobyMeds replying that its medication is shelf-stable to 104°F and the ice pack is a precaution rather than a requirement. Its BBB file is small — four complaints, three unanswered, which is what the F rating reflects — and too thin to generalise from, though failing to answer complaints is itself a signal.
