We found no FDA warning letter, FTC action, state action or manufacturer lawsuit. What is on the record is a BBB advertising review opened in December 2025 into QueenRX's claims about weight-loss results, customer volume, how it sources reviews, its pharmacy credentials and its shipping promises. At the BBB's last update in January 2026 the business had not responded.
