Satisfied patients describe reliable delivery timing, order-status updates at each step, easy reordering and refill reminders, pricing they consider competitive, and consultations with nurse practitioners who took time on their history. The recurring complaints are slow customer service and long phone waits, difficulty reaching a person rather than an automated reply, wrong quantities or missing items in monthly shipments, and slow resolution of order errors. A public petition calling for a class action repeats the billing-without-delivery complaint, but we found no regulatory action.
