MEDVi's prices are inserted by script and differ between its landing pages: the main page advertises injections from $179 and its FAQ describes $179 as a first-month price with $299 refills, while the tirz-166 page advertises $116 (semaglutide) and $166 (tirzepatide) as permanently locked monthly prices. Brand-name Wegovy pill, Wegovy injection and Zepbound injection are sold as a $99 monthly membership plus the medication cost, which MEDVi does not publish. Is MEDVi legit?

MEDVi, LLC is a Delaware company that markets GLP-1 telehealth through many landing pages and affiliates and says it has treated 500,000+ patients. Medical care is provided by OpenLoop Health clinicians and "CareGLP Affiliated P.C.s"; MEDVi is not a pharmacy and compounded medication is dispensed by three named partner pharmacies in Alabama, Utah and Texas. The FDA sent MEDVi a warning letter in February 2026 over a website marketing its compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, the BBB rates it F for unanswered complaints, and a putative class action over affiliate marketing emails is pending in federal court in California.

Refunds:
Full refund if you cancel by emailing hello@medvi.org within the first 72 hours and have not received any services, or if the provider disqualifies you medically. Monthly subscriptions are not refunded for the current or prior months; plans billed two or more months at a time are refunded for months in which no medication shipped. Medication cannot be returned; damaged or incorrect items are replaced by the pharmacy.
